ICE VEINS
Norway
A small harbour basin on the Lofoten Islands.
A chain of mooring pylons in shallow water. The cold has gathered snow along it — each cap formed by what fell, each gap left by what did not. The water beneath is unbroken. Minus ten degrees. The morning is clear.
A quiet arrangement, holding itself.
Single capture. No composite.
Part of the Stillness body of work —
images where presence settles without spectacle.
