HÖRNLI MEETS MOON

Switzerland

The Matterhorn stands.

Beside it — almost mirroring the Hörnli ridge — a cumulus shoots into the sky, soft and built for minutes. Between them, the moon. One form made for eternity. One form gone before the hour ends. And between them, a wanderer that belongs to neither — passing through both worlds without settling in either.

Three time scales, briefly aligned. The image keeps the alignment without explaining how it came to be.

Single capture from the Swiss Alps. No composite.
